Capri Foundation The Capri Foundation was established to formally manage charitable giving and activities. The Foundation supports charitable initiatives related to real estate, and the enrichment of families, education and urban communities. The Foundation also encourages Capri's employees to volunteer, contribute services and serve as Board members of these various organizations and charities. Contact Oscar Groves at ogroves@capricapital.com for more information on the Capri Foundation. An important program of the Capri Foundation is the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP). ELP is not only committed to increasing the pipeline of qualified people of color in the real estate industry, but also dedicated to providing networking opportunities with senior executives, leadership development and career coaching to support increased retention in an industry in which people of color are underrepresented. In its fifth year, ELP continues to partner with leading commercial real estate organizations to offer an exceptional summer internship program. Past ELP sponsors have included: Bank of America, Capri Capital Partners, CB Richard Ellis, Equity Residential, General Electric Real Estate, Jones Lang LaSalle, Transwestern Investment Company and Trizec Properties.
