Gwendolyn L. Butler Honored by National Association of Securities Professionals

Capri Capital Partners President & COO to be honored by Chicago Chapter July 9, 2008

JULY 9, 2008 - CHICAGO, IL - The Chicago Chapter of the National Association of Securities Professionals (“NASP”) has chosen Ms. Gwendolyn L. Butler as one of the organization's “Remarkable Women of Color Presidents”. Ms. Butler, who is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Capri Capital Partners, LLC (“Capri”) and Chair-Elect for NASP, will be honored during a dinner July 9, 2008 at 5:30 P.M. at the Metropolitan Club, 233 South Wacker Drive in Chicago.

Ms. Butler is the first African American President and COO in the commercial real estate investment management industry and at Capri oversees all investment, finance and marketing personnel of the firm. Ms. Butler joined Capri as Chief Marketing Officer in March 2007 and has led Capri's institutional capital raising. In that role she has overseen more than $600 million in new commitments to Capri from leading public pension fund investors.
